Our services are designed to improve your website’s search engine ranking. However, we cannot guarantee specific results due to the constantly changing nature of search engine algorithms.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Terms
Payment for the selected Managed SEO package is due in advance, either monthly or annually, as per the chosen plan.
2.2 Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended until payment is made.
2.3 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of SEO services, refunds are not offered once the service period has commenced.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Access
You agree to provide us with all necessary access to your website, including login credentials, to perform the required SEO services.
3.2 Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to perform the services, including access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
3.3 Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
4.2 Use of Information
We will use the information provided by you solely for the purpose of delivering the Managed SEO services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content, reports, and other materials created by us as part of the Managed SEO services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
5.2 License
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business purposes.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate the Managed SEO services at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period.
6.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate the services if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or if payment is not received.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from the SEO services due to the unpredictable nature of search engine algorithms.
7.2 Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of the Managed SEO services is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State, USA.
